Shakil carries over a decade of renovation expertise and manages all contractor licensing and project oversight. An avid sailor and local community volunteer, he takes pride in delivering exceptional service, grounded in Nanaimo’s coastal values.
Dana Thompson – Lead Installer & On-Site Manager
Dana’s craftsmanship is evident in every tile, trim, and install. With a BC Red Seal Carpenter certification and 15+ years in residential remodels, Dana ensures projects are built to last. Outside work, she enjoys paddleboarding and woodworking—skills reflected in her precision and client-centered approach.
Mark Lee – Plumbing & Mechanical Specialist (joined 2018)
Mark is our go‑to for all plumbing and mechanical tasks. Licensed by Technical Safety BC, he expertly manages fixture installs, conversions, and renovations. A Nanaimo native, Mark brings problem-solving calm to every job and spends weekends restoring vintage motorcycles and exploring vineyards.
Sophie Patel – Design Consultant (joined 2022)
A certified interior designer with a keen eye for aesthetics and flow. Sophie thrives on blending personal style with practical layout innovation. Outside the showroom, she’s an avid gardener and local art enthusiast, known for her warm demeanor and thoughtful listening.
